On this page, you will have the opportunity to display your creativity by creating a digital story!

"Digital storytelling is an emerging art form of personal, heartful expression that enables individuals and communities to reclaim their personal cultures while exploring their artistic creativity. While the heart and power of the digital story is shaping a personal digital story about self, family, ideas, or experiences, the technology tools also invite writers and artists to think and invent new types of communication outside the realm of traditional linear narratives." (DigiTales)

In a small group of 2-3 people, you will be required to create a digital story based on a theme portrayed throughout the novel, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie. It should be no longer than 3-5 minutes in length.

A little background for you:

A digital story is a short, mutimedia story that is built by combining digital still images and/or video, with text, audio, music/sounds, and first-person.
